When will I get my order?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to ship on standard items and 6-8 weeks for the Reversible Track Jacket (every product had a specific lead time listed on the product page). The items you purchase will be produced for you after the completion of the two-week sale. This prevents waste, as we only produce as much stuff as we sell.

Once your order is produced we will ship it to you using UPS SurePost (USA domestic orders) or DHL Express (international orders). We expect all shipments to arrive 2-6 days after shipping, depending on geographical location. You will receive an email when your order ships out, with tracking info.

What's your return policy?

We gladly accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order. If more than 14 days has passed since your order was delivered to you, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.

You can only initiate a return once your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, please login to your customer account and follow the return instructions within your order.

If you have any questions about a return, please email us at support@willsmith.com. You will need your order number and the email address you used to place your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Since this is a one-time sale and most of the products are limited edition, we won't restock or resell returned products. Instead, we will upcycle and repurpose them into new products at our factory in Los Angeles, or we will donate them to charity.

What payment methods do you accept?

For USA domestic customers, we accept most major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. International customers may have additional payment options that are specific to their country or region.

What are your international shipping policies?

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we charge sales tax within the United States, calculated by the state and county to which your order is shipping.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from our headquarters in Los Angeles.

What size should I choose? How do the clothes fit?

All of our clothing and other sized items have a sizing chart on the product page. Click on "SIZING" to view the measurements. We recommend taking a garment that already fits you well and measuring it to compare to the listed measurements on our size chart.
